How to organize an event with us?

FIRSTLY

First of all – get in touch! Write us: klekta [at] riseup [dot] net, describing your project.

You should write minimum two months before the event. The more time we’ll have – the better we’ll be able to prepare.

Think about our values and check weather your event suits our anti-authoritarian and anti-capitalist profile. Remember that we are not interested in commercial events, we will not help political parties nor NGO’s that are funded from ethically questionable sources.

We will discuss every application and we will get back with you shortly after.

If your event will host more than 90 people, we can ask for help within international network of collectives similar to ours. Again, notifying us in advance is crucial to organize such joint event, since it needs extended coordination.

INTERPRETERS

We are a small collective and we are not able to organize interpreters. What we offer is equipment plus organizational and technical support! So as a rule you have to organize interpreters on your own. Often it’s easiest to recruit interpreters from amongst the participants of the event. However if you’re really out of ideas, let us know and we might be able to help.

If you’re an interpreter and wish to work with us, write us, and we will add you to a database that we are trying to create.

MONEY

We don’t work for money! However the minimum you need to consider is the costs of our travel and stay during the event.

If you have some additional funds and you want to support us, it will help to create a fund from which we’ll be able to support less funded events.

If you want to organize an event but you can’t cover minimal costs of our travel and accommodation – write us. Maybe we’ll be able to organize funding on our own. We believe that everyone should have access to those basic communication tools.
